台中必比登推薦出來啦! 這次2020米其林指南一次推薦21間台中小吃及餐廳,

能夠入選必比登名單, 除了親民價格之外,專業獨到的烹調手法也是必要的。

日日好味為大家介紹其中一家《淇里思印度餐廳 Chillies Indian Restaurant Taichung 》

老闆Minesh因為在一次的旅行中,感受到台灣濃厚的人情味,

決定在距離家鄉五千公里遠的台中扎根,不只將印度料理做改良,並加入養生的觀念,

打破一般人對於印度料理的刻板印象, 不死鹹、不嗆辣~

而且全聘用印度廚師,烤爐也全從印度引進, 由天然黏土製成的烤爐,每兩年就要汰換一次,

如此用心,為的就是呈現出最好的品質, 讓客人品嘗到美味的料理。

因此他卸下了瑜珈教師的身分
So he unloaded the identity of the yoga teacher
開啟了淇里思印度餐廳
and started to run the Chillies Indian Restaurant
